The Peace Games National Conference is an opportunity for teachers, family leaders, and allies in Peace Games partner schools to come together, share best practices, and re-energize themselves and each other.  Last year, 80 people from Boston, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Colombia gathered for two days of stimulating conversation, strategizing, and sharing.  This year will be no different.

WORKSHOPS

We will have more than 15 workshops offered at this year's conference covering a range of issues related to peacemaking in schools.  Here's a look at our 2007 program.  If you have suggestions for topics that we should bring back or add in 2008, email Betsy Shane.  If you are interested in offering a workshop this year, download a Request for Proposals.  Proposals must be submitted no later than April 30, 2008.

COST

The National Conference is open exclusively to school staff in Peace Games Network Schools in Boston, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Colombia.  Put together a school team for $75.00/person or save money by paying $200/team of three.  Registration fees cover three full days at the coference, lodging on the Lasell campus, meals, and reimbursable travel costs.  Talk to your Regional Director or Peace Games Coordinator for more information.

Once we have received your registration forms, you will be given a link to a special "particiapnts-only" web page where you can make secure payments.  Registration will only be considered complete once we have your completed Registration Forms and payment.
